Prior to establishing PointsNorth Search Group, Ross has 25 years of successful consumer product goods sales experience and over 20+ years of experience in the industry. Ross has held sales leadership, new business development, and national account management roles within these industries with several leading outdoor industry companies. Ross has BA degree in Marketing Management from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN and a Sales Executive Leadership certificate from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota.
